Hello,
My name is Janet Hart, owner/designer of Cutiebug Bowtique. I am Mom to 2 beautiful children who teach me everyday how lucky I am to be their mother. It is such a blessing to watch them grow and thrive. My husband and I dreamed for many years of becoming parents, and for a long time, we thought that dream would never become a reality. When I found out I was finally going to become a mother, I was working as a Cerified Ophthalmic Assistant. I loved my job even after 11 years, but I knew I wanted to be a stay at home mom. I decided I would not go back to work after our baby was born.
After the birth of my daughter, I was thrilled to have a little girl to dress up and put bows in her hair. I shopped around our hometown and could not find quality bows to accessorize her outfits. The hair bows I found were poorly made, the clips weren't lined and the ribbon ends weren't even sealed and they soon started to fray. I wanted something better for my daughter. So, I started making hair bows for her. When my daughter was 5 months old, I was surprised and completely thrilled to find out I was expecting my son. We soon realized we needed extra income for our family, but I did not want to go back to a job away from home. I started thinking of ways to work from home. I then decided to open an online hair bow boutique, and the rest is history. Cutiebug Bowtique was established in August of 2007, and I can say I truly love what I do. I love making quality hair bows and hair accessories for my daughter and other little girls. I get so excited when I receive an email from a customer saying how happy they are with their bows. I can't think of anything I would rather do.
