PRODUCTS:
We strive to offer our customers the highest quality products we can find. All our items are made when the order is placed to the customer's specifications. We use heat sealing techniques on our bow ends to prevent fraying.
CONDITIONS OF USE:
Never leave a infant, baby or young child unattended while using our products. Most of our products contain small parts and could potentially become a choking hazard. Some of our products contain buttons, hand painted resins, appliques or floral embellishments and should never be used on any child under the age of 3 due to choking hazard from small parts.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are easy and secure while using our online shopping cart. We strive to ship orders within 2 to 4 business days of order placement. Custom orders and large orders may take slightly longer. Wholesale orders could take 2-3 weeks to ship. Please allow 7 to 10 days for personalized products to ship. We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes approx. 2-4 days after the order ships. Every effort will be made to process your order as soon as possible. We will send you an email when your order ships.
SHIPPING:
We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. We currently ship only within the USA. Shipping charges are a flat rate of $4.95 for your entire order!
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Our customers are very important to us. If there is a color or type of hair bow that you desire, please contact us, and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to shop with a credit card on our site.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our products and the fact that all our products are made after order placement according to customer specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Lets face it, you wouldn't want to purchase a bow that had potentially been in another child's hair! Sizing for all bows is stated within our site and all sizes are approximate. If you have questions about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order.

Any and all information you provide will be used solely by us to process your order. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us.
